The man police say shot and killed UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson has been arrested in Pennsylvania. So far, Luigi Mangione, 26, has been charged with carrying a firearm without a license and forgery. Investigators were able to track down and arrest Mangione after someone at an Altoona, Pennsylvania McDonaldโs recognized him from surveillance footage.
